Canara Bank is up for a fifth straight session in a row. The stock is quoting at Rs 426.05, up 3.84% on the day as on 12:44 IST on the NSE. The benchmark NIFTY is up around 1.55% on the day, quoting at 20581.45. The Sensex is at 68464.1, up 1.46%. Canara Bank has added around 10.69% in last one month.
Meanwhile, Nifty PSU Bank index of which Canara Bank is a constituent, has added around 6.48% in last one month and is currently quoting at 5134.55, up 3.69% on the day. The volume in the stock stood at 73.14 lakh shares today, compared to the daily average of 51.51 lakh shares in last one month.
